Excalibur has two preferred lenders with multiple mortgage finance options available. These lenders are very familiar with lending to motor condominium owners. If you are interested in purchasing, we would be happy to connect you with our preferred lenders.

Yes, Excalibur Condominiums does have a Home Owners Association. The HOA fees are estimated at $4,000 per year, 1,000 per quarter, $333 per month

Yes! Excalibur will have a mailbox for each unit as well as parcel receiving boxes.

Each unit has 220 volt/200 amp service with an individual meter for each unit.

Yes, the entire facility has security fencing, secure entrances, and camera monitoring.

Yes, each unit has its own dedicated air conditioning system.
